ABSTRACT

This paper deals with the challenges related to the introduction and use of the so-called extracurricular digital curriculum in public education, which was introduced out of necessity to combat the epidemic. The shift from face-to-face to digital education is assessed through the conceptual framework of public policy, including public policy change and public policy crisis, in both domestic and international contexts.
